The state house is at the end of a 100m private road lay, with carport and 3 parking spaces. It is situated in an idyllic bay and stunning mature trees in the Natural Park of Steinhude. On our own boat dock is a rowing boat and a kayak.

Comfortable equipment of the house
In the Shore House itself you will find on the ground floor a big living/dining room with an open kitchen dressed in a superb interior with a wonderful fireplace.
Comfortable sleep
A spiral staircase leads you through a gallery of art by local artists in the first floor. There are 3 high quality furnished bedrooms and 3 small shower rooms incl. WC and washbasin.
Around the house
We created a garden representing a area with herbs and berries and giving access to a carport with a utility room which also contains 4 bicycles for free usage. In the garden is also a green area with herbs and berries.
